Why You Will Lose Money by Sports Betting

The odds just don’t allow it. If Chelsea wins then I win 10 – 5%

Can you see that I am at a disadvantage from the start? IfChelsea lose then I lose 10. It is all down to maths. It is these differences in the betting odds thatensure that you will never win at sports betting.

I place a 10 bet on Chelsea to win

Theonly person to win is the bookmaker, when did you ever see a bookmaker riding abicycle? Never is the answer. In practice making abook (as they call it) is almost impossible. If Chelsea draw then I lose 10, I can only winif Chelsea wins.

Even if you do become successful and manage a winning streak, the chances are that bookmakers will limit or even suspend your account and insome cases just refuse to pay out. Chelsea are expected to win most of their games and so the oddsfor Chelsea to win are very low, whereas the odds on the other team to win andthe draw are quite high. Youmay even manage it once but then to keep on doing it, is very unlikely.

Betting Exchanges

A betting exchange is different to a usual bookmaker because youare matching your back bet with a lay bet placed by someone else. Nowadays, there is a way for you to become thebookmaker, due to the emergence of Betting Exchanges such as Betfair andBetdaq.

The only people who are making money out of gambling are the bookmakers;the exchanges and the spammers who sell systems that promise you the earth.Don’t fall for it; within a few months they will be selling another systembecause their earlier ones don’t work.

. A very simple example:

Gambling over the Internet

Sportsbetting has never been easier to do. Itis very unlikely that you will ever get the odds needed to complete a book. In reality it’s much morecomplicated. There are literally thousands of sites onthe Internet all dying to get their hands on your money. The exchangetakes a 5% cut from the winner of the bet. Exchanges usebots (software) to keep the odds markets artificially fluid that ensure thatpeople will bet more, especially when an event is in running.

Someone else bets 10 that Chelsea will not win.

Intheory you can become the bookmaker by laying every outcome so that you willmake a small profit once you have paid out to the winner. They offer generousincentives for you to join them with some sites offering to match your depositup to 200 and do you know why? It’s because they know that they will get theirmoney back plus most of yours.

That was a very simplistic example. In other words, the more successful youbecome then the less you will actually win until eventually you lose any profitthat you gained.

You could win eight times out of ten then lose all your profitson the two games Chelsea lost or drew

Super Bowl Illegal bets may top $4 Billion; It’s time to legalize sports betting

The AGA is closely examining the current state of sports betting, the laws that govern it and the best way forward for the gaming industry, Geoff Freeman, the AGAs president and chief executive officer, said in e-mailed remarks shared today at a meeting of the U.S. Silver said in a New York Times post.

According to American Gaming Association, you can legally bet on sports in four states – Nevada, Oregon, Delaware, and Montana. According to the American Gaming Association, Americans will wager about $3.8 billion dollars illegally on the big game this upcoming Sunday, Feb. Even NBA Commissioner Adam Silver said last September at a Bloomberg Sports Business Summit that legal sports gambling throughout the U.S. One thing is for sure, Las Vegas sports books know that no matter who wins this super match-up it will lead to a super chunk of money wagered on the game. Conference of Mayors in Washington.

Now, compare that to the $119.4 million the Nevada Gaming Control Board. Yes, that’s billion with a capital B! If so, that would be almost 38 times more than Nevada casinos typically accept in wagers on the National Football League championship. The Patriots and Seahawks are so evenly matched that not many experts are sure who will win the big game this Sunday. reported was wagered on the Super Bowl last season, and it has to make sports gamblers across the country shake their heads at why sports gambling isn’t legal in other states. The AGA is examining if they should extend that option to other states.

According to a MSN (Bloomberg) report, illegal betting in the U.S. 1, the Washington-based casino industry trade group said..

The 2015 Super Bowl match-up is truly one for the ages. Also daily lotteries, Mega Millions, Power Ball and local state run games are everywhere, yet sports seems to be a taboo for one reason or another.

“Sports gaming should be brought out of the underground and into the sunlight where it can be appropriately monitored and regulated. Most states have a casino or two in them where you can wagers on almost anything under the sun. Surprisingly, a lot more money will be wagered illegally on Super Bowl XLIX then will be legally, which has to make one think – why isn’t sports gambling legal already?

Legalizing sports wagering could literally help the US with many financial problems and possibly prevent higher state and national taxes every year for the same things, such as fixing the roads. on the Super Bowl could top $4 billion this weekend. is inevitable.

Legalize sports wagering, tax the players when they win just like any other gaming situation would, and watch the revenue roll in. When you think of how much money could legally be generated from legalizing sports wagering on the “big four” sports (NFL, MLB, NHL and NBA) it is almost comical NOT to legalize it – especially when you look at what people can wager on already today

History of Boxing

Though many people thought that such kind of dance-like moves gave a crude tint to the otherwise white-collared gentleman’s sport, the sport did manage to get a considerable fan following of the young and the old alike.

Rocky Marciano (1948-1955): One of the hardest punchers of all times, Marciano remained undefeated in all the 49 matches which he played. It became the sport of the masses, a sport in which men from every race, class and creed could participate. This was when the term ‘boxing’ was coined.

The 18th century Revival

Mike Tyson (1985-2005): As a boxer, there was no question that Tyson makes an important part of this list. In 1892, in New Orleans, the title for the first heavyweight champion under the Queensberry Rules was spectacularly fought between John L.

Sugar Ray Robinson (1940-1965): One of the few sportsmen who have a commemorative stamp in their name, he is regarded as one of the greatest boxers to ever have set foot inside the ring.

18th century Europe saw the age of Enlightenment. It did make minor appearances in the form of bare-knuckle fighting during the Renaissance age in 16th century Europe, but did not manage to gain enough popularity, as it was then practiced predominantly by the lower classes. But popularity always has a price to pay.

The 1867 draft of the ‘Marquess of Queensberry Rules’ paved the way for a number of amateur competitions at popular venues throughout London. Braddock, Jack Dempsey, Jess Willard and Georges Carpentier amongst many others.

Journey Thenceforth

What started off as a competitive sport mainly played for betting, boxing has come a long way from what it used to be.

The ‘Gillette Friday Night Fights’ program that aired live boxing matches from around the globe on NBC and later on the ABC network, was a rage.

In the 1950s, the world had started finding its feet economically after World War II. People from all walks of life would flock to the venues and this spectator sport was usually held at underground locations like the Lillie Bridge in London which was often subject to raids and arrests by the local police. The code of these rules was penned down in 1865 by a Welshman called John Graham Chambers, who was an all-star athlete and sportsman excelling in boxing, cycling, wrestling, rowing and billiards. This was the first true revolution that happened in the field of boxing. The result of the match saw James J. But, will there be another iconic era for boxing? Only time will tell!

Willie Pep (1940-1966): This Italian-American boxer has a record of 229 victories out of the 241 matches that he played. As a result, owing to the development of boxing as a white-collared sport in England and the valuable contribution of their very own Jack Broughton to it, boxing also re-emerged, alongside many other things, with force and double the energy.

Gladiator contestants wrapped their hands in leather straps embedded with metal shards, sharp enough, to injure their opponent.

An interesting take on boxing, as a mortal combat event, comes from ancient Rome where it was included in the gladiator contests, where the contestants fought until one of them died, or was severely injured. But again, these contests were not based on any kind of rules and regulations. Whoever wished, could take part, and anybody could fight anyone. Boxing event organizers, promoters and managers generated a heavy amount of finance through their work. Some sources also tell us that in ancient Rome, where slavery was deeply rooted, boxing matches were arranged for those slaves, who sought freedom. This definitely makes him one of the greatest boxers of all times.

The first solid evidence of boxing has been recorded way back around 3000 B.C, and comes from Egypt and Mesopotamia.

Boxing is one of the oldest contact sports known to mankind. Army during the Vietnam War. One famous incident was the 1938 match between Max Schmeling and Joe Louis that resulted in Schmeling’s defeat after which he was compelled by Adolf Hitler to enroll in the German armed forces. The introduction of gloves changed the entire pulse of the game. The competitors were divided into lightweight, middleweight and heavyweight in accordance to their physical characteristics which broadened the possibilities of participation. This was the period when the people of Europe looked keenly into their ancient sources of knowledge and wisdom and tried to incorporate them in their daily lives. His fights, particularly with Richard Humphreys fetched a lot of audience as both of them would block attacks, taunt each other (both during the match and in the newspaper bytes that they gave the night before the match) and wave their bodies in a unique way for the purpose of self-defense. The ‘Marquess of Queensberry Rules’ were finally published in 1867. Ali was stripped of boxing title and license, after which he did not make a ring appearance for four years. Several legendary fights of all time are still reminisced upon by ardent fans and spectators. Yet, he steadfastly voiced his opinion about being against the whole idea of the Vietnam War and went on to inspire the likes of Martin Luther King Jr. Moreover, every new kid on the block, brought with him his own style of fighting (staying within the framework of Broughton’s rules) which gained more and more fame for the sport. He, however, returned to the boxing ring in the 1970s.. Boxing has also been controversy’s child through time. Sometimes, the fights became so intense and vehement that they resulted in the death of one of the fighters. An immortal legacy has been shaped by various champion boxers, who came, reigned and left. commenced in the 70s which could be viewed live on color television sets. The combat took place between two such slaves and the one who won was released from the bonds of slavery. Also, Theodore Roosevelt advocated boxing to a large extent. A lot of money was involved in such fights, with the victorious individual winning hefty amounts. Owing to this, boxing took one more leap forward.

As a sport, boxing has given the world great men and excellent sportsmen. It was one of those competitive sports wherein contestants either lived or died, or in some cases suffered irreparable injuries. The butcher eventually won and was rewarded.

The wealthy English aristocrats began to patronize bare-knuckle fights among the boxers whom they chose. More and more people wanted to learn the sport and be an active part of it. J. Sullivan (Boston Strong Boy) and James J. Regardless of this, he never managed to score high ranks but still his winning record brought to his name, a lot of glory.

A Leap Forward

Muhammad Ali (1960-1981): Possibly a living example of why boxing is called a lethal sport, Muhammad Ali has been revered all over the world as one of the greatest boxers ever.

The Torch is Lit

After Jack Broughton’s era as a bare-knuckle champion, the interest of English aristocracy in boxing faced a decline.

During World War II, a boxing ring became a major battlefield for champions hailing from different countries. It was officially ranked as the most difficult sport by ESPN in 2004. In this quest of gaining knowledge from the sources of antiquity, the curious Europeans stumbled upon ancient references to boxing which triggered a renewed interest in the sport. Matches for boxing titles in accordance to divisions such as lightweight, heavyweight, etc.

In countries like Cuba, North Korea and Norway, professional boxing still remains banned.

Soon enough, boxing grew to international heights and ‘professional boxing’ emerged in many countries. However, the following Anglo-French war for colonial dominance that took place during the 1780s, triggered a strong nationalist sentiment in the people of England in general. He brought with him, his unique style of boxing footwork and counter punches. Some of these boxers included Henry Armstrong, Joe Louis, Max Schmeling, James. Fighters from Cuba, Russia, India and USA have shown some serious talent in the recent times, and the world has witnessed several women’s boxing tournaments as well. as the law was a little skeptical about the motive of this prizefighting sport that was usually held at shady venues. While he himself was trained in boxing as a young man, he also promoted it as a manly sport.

Owing to his contribution to the sport, Jack Broughton is known as the ‘Father of English Boxing’.

In order to avoid such gruesome situations, in 1743, a set of rules were introduced for all boxing matches which were supposed to be played thenceforth. Later on, though, it was included in the Olympic games and thus became a full-fledged sport rather than making ceremonial appearances. Numerous boxing schools and academies sprang up all across England and, not surprisingly, most of them were soon overflowing with applications. The upper class elites indulged in more noble forms of entertainment and regarded boxing as a savage sport.

Establishments like World Boxing Association (WBA), World Boxing Council (WBC), International Boxing Federation (IBF) and the World Boxing Organization (WBO) began pitching competitions against each other.

The new generation of boxers are also an energetic and spectacular breed. England became the birthplace of what came to be known as ‘prizefighting’, wherein the two contestants fought on behalf of their patrons, sometimes even to settle their patrons’ personal grudges. Boxing Championships were now, not only limited to the United States and England but was also hosted by many other countries like South Africa, Japan, Australia and Argentina. Because it essentially involves fist fighting, the practice may have existed, not as a sport, but as a form of violent encounters, even during the prehistoric times. A professional British boxer, Amir Khan, shot to fame quickly with the WBO Intercontinental, Commonwealth and WBA International titles to his name. These stalwarts in my opinion are men who have fought for guts and glory and forever left an indelible mark in the minds of fans.

So, in ancient times, boxing was in a very primitive stage. On the contrary, the one who lost was either killed in that combat or was retained as a slave for the rest of his life. The resurrection of boxing finally came about. Television had made its way in a majority of homes and international network providers featured live sport broadcasts.

Daniel Mendoza was a Jewish fighter and so was often referred to as ‘the Jew’.

A lot of fights began to be arranged during this time leading to a lot of new pugilists rising to popularity. The modern professional boxing scene saw many legends showcasing their talent since 1920s. work by Homer, illustrates how boxing was a sport that was played in the form of ‘prize-fight’ during funerals. Despite all this, in the 21st century, the glory that boxing once achieved and enjoyed, seems to have diminished considerably with other more glamorous and supposedly elitist sports such as cricket and football coming to the forefront.

Roosevelt wanted all men of America to be strong and sturdy and regarded boxers to be “men as hard as nails”.

The ‘Marquess of Queensberry Rules’ then transitioned as the foundation of boxing governance into the USA and Canada. Corbett (“Gentleman Jim” Corbett).

With the dawn of the 20th century, Germany emerged as an epicenter for boxing with a number of talented boxers to its credit.

The ‘Marquess of Queensberry Rules’ borrows the name from the 9th Marquess Of Queensberry, Sir John Sholto Douglas.

In 1838 came the introduction of the ‘London Prize Ring Rules’ which were to be revised later in 1853. The rules, however, revolved around bare-knuckle boxing only and upheld Jack Broughton’s legacy for a little over a century. Gambling and betting on the fighters came to be a rage with huge stakes involved. Boxers such as Sugar Ray Leonard, Thomas Hearns, Roberto Durn and Marvin Hagler continued to intrigue the spectators. Vijender Singh, a small town boy from India was also recognized by the International Boxing Association which announced him as the top ranked boxer in the annual middleweight category in 2009. These rules came to be recognized as Broughton’s rules named after an English bare-knuckle champion Jack Broughton, who formalized them. and Oscar De La Hoya hailing from countries such as Britain and Canada, who carved a niche for themselves. But at the same time, he is also a classic case of how too much of publicity and adulation can be extremely bad for a person.

What had commenced on dingy streets and shady taverns, evolved into a stage with cheering spectators and spotlights; Boxing had officially arrived!

Despite the establishment of the ‘Marquess of Queensberry Rules’ and the soaring popularity of the sport, boxing in the late 19th century came to be outlawed in U.K. Suddenly, everybody wanted to do things that they thought were truly ‘English’. The attack and defense strategies, gradually began to change from their orthodox bare-knuckle counterparts. The whole vibe and accord of times that saw these champions in action is ineffable and still vests in the hearts of many. When one of the boxers was too tired and injured to fight any further, the other one was declared the winner. Mike Tyson, in 1986, was reigning supreme at the peak of his career with the World Heavyweight Champion title to himself.

Boxing in the 1980s and 1990s featured some of the most magnificent matches, primarily financed by the corporates. He described his unconventional and distinctive style of fighting as ‘float like a butterfly, sting like a bee’.

Did you know?A British periodical, London Protestant Mercury, featured the victory of James Figg in bare-knuckle championship in 1719 for the first time ever in the history of prizefighting.

Glamor to the Glitz

Boxing, today, is a multimillion dollar sport that has inspired and garnered millions of passionate followers throughout the world. Players were prohibited from wearing boots with springs or even from hugging the opponent or wrestling with him. One such name that rose to prominence was a London-based pugilist called Daniel Mendoza.

The first officially recorded boxing match took place in England, where Christopher Monck, an English politician set up a contest between his butler and his butcher. The 90s paved way for many talented newcomers like Evander Holyfield, Lennox Lewis, Floyd Mayweather Jr. Some of the basic rules that shaped conventional boxing since then, includedThe use of ‘mufflers’ or padded gloves, Prohibition to attack and grapple an opponent below the waist, and Disqualifying a player if he was unable to get up and fight back within a prescribed time limit of 30 seconds, after being knocked down by his opponent. Broughton is said to have formalized these rules after he injured an opponent in a prize-fight so severely that he eventually died. Corbett emerge as the victor. However, the sport itself is mired with stories, controversies, contradictions and of course, personal enmities. He also has a record of winning 73 matches in a row. A major part of this physical sport then involved fencing and cudgeling. Possibly, the very fact that it is a brutal combat sport, wherein participants take on each other, one on one, plays an important role in creating the hype that exists around modern boxing.

The Beginning

Men began looking at boxing as a way of defending themselves from hooligans who menaced all across the streets of London.

The popularity of boxing was thus increasing at a tremendous speed. Shortly after this era, in the 20th century, boxing, through its highs and lows came to be recognized as a prominent part of society and featured many influential promoters and legendary champions. This shows how ceremonially important the sport may have been in ancient Greece. This was followed with the establishment of boxing commissions, legal sanctioning and governing bodies. The Greek epic Iliad, an 8th century B.C. But still, boxing was in a very rudimentary form, in that there were no defined rules and regulations about any aspect of the sport. Chambers was also an honored member of the International Boxing Hall of Fame. The ‘Marquess of Queensberry Rules’ was a set of 12 rules which called for the mandatory use of gloves during the boxing match, a standard size of the boxing ring, dividing a boxing match into different rounds of three minutes each and a count of 10 seconds for a complete and an undisputed victory. In the following years, a lot of boxers stemmed from controversial pasts. These rules were eventually succeeded by ‘Marquess of Queensberry Rules’ that set the parameters for modern-day boxing. However, a lot of prominent promoters were either involved with the Mafia, or were the Mafia themselves, and boxing transitioned into an intense and notorious backdrop. Everyone was suddenly very curious to know about their roots and the origin of things.

One such controversial boxing legend during the 1960s was Cassius Clay (Muhammad Ali), who embraced Islam and was charged with evasion of not serving the U.S. Despite being an underrated sport today, boxing still finds a huge fan following amongst fierce and passionate boxing lovers. However, the sport itself fell into a state of obscurity after the downfall of the Roman Empire

Casino Stories – Biorhythms – Their Use In The Casino

There are days when it is raining and no amount of help allows the deciphering of a Wheel of Fortune word. The bottom of the curve just as it starts upward really is the pits.

I just charted my biorhythm. This is, as I said earlier, a free service.

Using The Biorhythm Chart

The cycles should be plotted initially for at least a 33 day period. Theory says that these days can be predicted by using biorhythms.

Rule 1 – Do not gamble on any day where any plotted line crosses the time line or any day where any plotted line crosses another plotted line.

All three cycle charts can be drawn and overlaid. The topmost point of the ride is a great point in the curve. I would enjoy sitting at a video poker machine for a longer period of time and using the almost automatic responses to various card combinations that I have learned.

Each time span begin at birth and continues throughout one’s llife.

How Biorhythms Work

Consider each cycle to be like a roller coaster ride. As it goes downward, it crosses the median point and this is a critical point of indecision. It can be plotted on a graph and will look like a roller coaster design. They can be plotted on a graph and will look like a roller coaster design. The intellectual cycle is at an almost exactly opposite swing and is well below the center line. There are days when a person is on a high, the sun is shining, and every question on Jeopardy is easy. Some discretion should be exercised in making this judgment. As it goes downward, it crosses the median point and this is a critical point of indecision. This same roller coaster ride takes place in the emotional cycle every 28 days, and in the intellectual cycle every 33 days.

It sounds like a very complex procedure but there are several free services available on line that will chart a biorhythm at no cost. The topmost point of the ride is a great point in the curve. For instance, if the intellectual cycle is bottoming but the emotional cycle and physical cycle are both above the time line, you might refrain from playing blackjack or poker or betting on the horses but instead play a slot machine or roulette.

Rule 2 – Be aware and limit activity when any of the three cycles are bottoming out. It then produces a biorhythm chart of the three cycles that surround the target date. The physical cycle is 23 days, the emotional cycle is 28 days, and the intellectual cycle is 33 days.

Rule 3 – Be confident and comfortable when the appropriate cycle is well above the time line. That is not to say that they dont work because I have seen startling results. Each of these cycles has a different time span. If the user is a slot player, then more attention should be paid to the emotional cycle. As the ride plummets, it reaches a point where anticipation turns almost to dread and nausea tends to creep in as it crosses the center line. A high point in the physical cycle should show days of increased stamina and produce more winning results in extended sessions. Its probably wise to refrain completely if all three cycles are below the time line. The physical and emotional cycles are generally together and swinging high above the center line. There are three points of note in each cycle. The bottom of the curve just as it starts upward really is the pits.

Charting Biorhythms

Biorhythm works the same way. When individually plotted lines crosses the other plotted lines must also be considered.

It is very straightforward to make use of the plotted chart.

A high point on an intellectual cycle should produce good results at the decision making involved in such as sports betting or horse race betting. In this fashion, all three cycles will go through at least one complete run up and down and back to the beginning.

Biorhythms are an interesting phenomenon that have not been proven. At the top of the climb, there is a point where a riders view is almost unlimited and they are looking forward in anticipation to the exciting ride. A high point in the emotional cycle should produce more equanimity at the ups and downs experienced at a blackjack table.

Biorhythm is the charting of the cycles of the body. Then the ride bottoms out and in dismay the rider realizes the thrill is over but he can look forward to it beginning again… When the cycle begins, it drags the individual up a long grade and then over the top to an exhilarating downhill ride ending in the valley where it begins another upward trek. Three cycles exist in the charting. What Are Biorhythms?

Biorhythms can predict lucky and unlucky periods in a persons life. I probably would not do things that require a lot of thinking – such as blackjack or horse race selection. If multiple cycles are above the time line, more confidence is warranted.

A persons chart begins on the day they are born. The good times of the highs and the bad times of the lows are now tripled. My experience has been that the critical and bad times are the parts of the cycles more appropriately used as diagnostic tools and if all three cycles are crossing the center line at near the same time, the individual should hide in bed and pull the covers over their head.

Mixed cycles and examples occur. The charting site that I have used the most is very straightforward in that it requires a date of birth, the date you are interested in finding out about. Those cycles are physical, emotional, and intellectual. In addition, there are three times when plotted lines cross the time line. Every 23 days, the physical cycle rises to its peak, plummets back through the central time line, bottoms out in the pit, and then rises to the time line. It the user is a table games player or a video poker player where intellect comes into play, the intellectual line should be considered. Long sessions should not be attempted when the physical cycle in bottoming out.

Biorhythm works the same way. Most search engines will deliver internet addresses of these free sites

New York Jets 2006 Schedule by Sebastien Sports

It’s very hard seeing this Jets team win more than 4-6 games. I wouldn’t say that any one of their four wins were impressive performances. Sure, some other players left, but those where the more mentionable players.

It’s conceivable that this Jets team will be 0-6 or 1-6 going into week 7 against the Lions. Will these guys contribute enough to get the Jets winning again? The Jets picked up Anthony Clement, Brad Kassell, Andre Dyson, Tim Dwight, Trey Teague, Matt Chatham, Tim Dwight, Kimo von Oelhoffen and Patrick Ramsey. Their four wins came against the Miami Dolphins, Tampa Bay Bucs, Oakland Raiders and Buffalo Bills. Any game that is viewed as potentially soft is followed up by one that’s probably not winnable for this team. You would think that a team that only won 4 games would shed some more weight. They will most likely lose in weeks 2,4,5 and 6 for sure. They really don’t get any breaks. Adding Ramsey will help when and if Chad Pennington gets hurt again, which seems to be very likely. Will anything change for the better or will this be another year they struggle, but this time under a “new” system?

Despite losing 12 games, the Jets didnt lose many players. Now, they have a new coach.

The New York Jets were 4-12 last season. The schedule is fairly competitive and the Jets just aren’t that solid. Here’s the breakdown of the 2006 season.

Week 1: @ Tennessee Titans

Week 2: New England Patriots

Week 3: @ Buffalo Bills

Week 4: Indianapolis Colts

Week 5: @ Jacksonville Jaguars

Week 6: Miami Dolphins

Week 7: Detroit Lions

Week 8: @ Cleveland Browns

Week 9: Bye

Week 10: @ New England

Week 11: Chicago Bears

Week 12: Houston Texans

Week 13: @ Green Bay Packers

Week 14: Buffalo Bills

Week 15: @ Minnesota Vikings

Week 16: @ Miami Dolphins

Week 17: Oakland Raiders . Week 1 against in Tennessee is no gimme and neither is week 3 in Buffalo. It might be too much for the Jets to win both on the road with all the other tough games surrounding these dates.

To try and improve, the Jets went out and picked up some new players. In the offseason, they lose Kevin Mawae to Tennessee, Jason Fabini to Dallas, John Abraham to Atlanta (via a trade) and Oliver Celestin to Seattle. Could this season be any better for the disappointing New York Jets? What hope do Jets fans have? The Jets seem to be a team of players that just can’t get the job done
